Build for millions, through the operators
who already reach them
Telcoin Network is an EVM-compatible public blockchain secured by GSMA Mobile Operators. Deploy with the Ethereum toolchain you already use, or apply for GSMA Membership to integrate with operator distribution and earn TEL issuance from the Telcoin Application Network, the application layer of the internet of money.
Build with telecom distribution and banking
Application Developers are GSMA Members who stake TEL, build mobile applications on the Telcoin Platform, and earn TEL issuance from the Telcoin Application Network in proportion to the adoption they drive. As a Member you can:
- Upgrade the technology of your money and services. Replatform your mobile financial and digital services onto a modern on-chain ledger, unlocking efficiency across your entire value chain for payments.
- Reach the world through the operators who run it. Build on the global distribution and connectivity of the GSMA and its mobile operators, reaching subscribers across every market they serve.
- Move first in your local stablecoin and market. Take a first-mover position issuing local currency Digital Cash in partnership with Telcoin Digital Asset Bank, before anyone else in your market does.
Build with the tools you already use
Telcoin Network is EVM-compatible and permissionless at the execution layer. Deploy smart contracts with your existing toolchain against a validator set run by GSMA Mobile Operators, with no approval required to start, and the same telecom distribution and regulated banking behind the network whether or not you become a Member.
- No prior authorization to deploy or transact
- Public testnet, RPC, and chain ID, with the open source Rust protocol and Solidity contracts on GitHub
- Compose against TELx liquidity and Digital Cash stablecoins from day one
- A direct on-ramp to Membership once your application gains traction, with sign-on costs currently covered for qualifying developers

in Three Steps

Build and deploy
Write Solidity with Foundry, Hardhat, ethers, or viem. The Telcoin Network Rust protocol and Solidity contracts are public on GitHub. There is no new SDK to learn and no permission to request.

Connect to Network
Configure the RPC endpoint and chain ID, and you are live. Submit transactions, read state, and compose against TELx liquidity and Digital Cash stablecoins from day one.
Inherit the validator set
Telcoin Network is secured by GSMA Mobile Operators through proof of stake. Your application inherits a validator set whose reach is 7 billion mobile subscribers, against Ethereum's roughly 800,000 daily active users. Their institutional identity, regulatory standing, and customer trust are what set this chain apart from a generic EVM deployment.
What you can build
on Telcoin Network
Build local services on a globally connected network for money, finance, and commerce. The same application serves your home market and settles across every other market on the network, something no domestic rail and no isolated blockchain can offer.
Cross-border payments, FX, and settlement
Digital Cash and local stablecoins
Tokenized value chains and digital commerce
Build as a co-owner
not a tenant
On every other chain, the application layer creates the value and captures almost none of it. The wallets, exchanges, and apps built on general-purpose blockchains drive the usage, pay the fees into the protocol, and receive no protocol revenue and no authority over the network they depend on. Telcoin inverts that. Application Developers are one of four Miner Groups who produce the platform and hold equal, shared authority over it. You do not rent access. You own it, operate it, and govern it.

How Application Developers earn: the 150 million TEL annual TAN issuance pool, the harvesting rules set through the TANIP process, transaction fees, and treasury yield on Digital Cash you issue. TANIP-1 is live, with active proposals in review.

Improvement proposals
The proposals and elections shaping the network. Developers propose and vote on the application layer through TANIPs in the TAN Council, within a wider system of proposal processes that govern the platform, treasury, compliance, and liquidity layers, each administered by an elected Council. The Rust protocol and Solidity contracts are public on GitHub for issue and pull request review.

GSMA Membership is the entry point, and the Association currently covers basic GSMA sign-on costs for qualifying new and existing developers.
On approval you receive an initial TEL allocation equivalent to $15,000, enough to cover roughly a year of GSMA membership, along with the right to build on operator distribution, earn TEL issuance from the Telcoin Application Network, and govern the application layer. Tell us what you are building to begin, or reach out first if you would rather talk it through.
