Built for Mobile Network Operators
The blockchain standard
for the telecommunications industry

GSMA Associate Member since 2018. Co-author of the GSMA stablecoin whitepaper.
Operate the network. Earn new revenue.
The same datacenter infrastructure that switches voice, SMS, and data now switches blocks of global transactions. Rather than every operator launching its own blockchain in isolation, Telcoin Network unifies the industry around one shared standard, validated exclusively by GSMA mobile operators and governed through a legal Swiss Verein they own together.
- Run validator nodes in the datacenters you already operate
- Earn block rewards and gas fees in TEL for every block secured
- Receive 3 million TEL upon Membership approval
- Zero CapEx and zero OpEx with turnkey managed deployment

The rail beneath the world's value
TEL is the scarce digital commodity the Telcoin Network produces, meters, and runs on. One staked input drives production, fees, issuance, and governance across every layer of the platform. From the mobile operators who secure the network to the everyday users who stake on it, the entire value chain owns its domain and holds formal governance rights.
Payments, remittances, stablecoins, and on-chain FX all settle on Telcoin Network, one shared standard for the world’s money and the digital services built around it.
GSMA Mobile Operators run validator nodes in the datacenters they already own, securing the network and carrying it to every market they serve.
Mobile networks reach more people than any infrastructure ever built, and Telcoin Network turns that reach into financial access for every subscriber.

From infrastructure
to revenue
Mobile operators run validator nodes on the datacenter infrastructure they already own, secure the network, and earn TEL from its activity. No new capacity, no new operating teams, no new licensing. The infrastructure is already in the ground. Telcoin Network turns it into a revenue stream, and an entry point to the larger opportunity of building financial services on top.
Run validator nodes
Deploy blockchain nodes in your existing datacenters. Turnkey managed deployment is available at zero CapEx and zero OpEx, or run the nodes yourself and take over operations at any time.
Process transactions
Produce and verify blocks on Telcoin Network. Every block your node secures earns gas fees in TEL, scaling directly with transaction volume across the network.
Earn TEL revenue
Receive 3 million TEL upon Membership approval, 1 million for your proof of stake position and 2 million for setup and operating costs. Earn ongoing block rewards from a 200 million TEL annual validator pool, plus gas fees from every block you secure.
The opportunity at scale
Validation is the entry point. The opportunity is what the industry builds together. As an Application Developer you hold a first-mover position in your own market: partner with Telcoin Digital Asset Bank and the Digital Cash Consortium to issue local currency stablecoins and align your market with a single global standard for money. Then consider the scale. Ethereum reaches roughly 800,000 people a day. Telecoms reach 7 billion. When operators unite to bring their countries onto one network, the world's money, mobile financial services, and every digital good and service can be replatformed onto a single ledger, the foundation of a truly modern digital economy.
Telcoin Network is the blockchain standard for the GSMA, the only blockchain exclusively validated by the largest network services providers in the world
Validators are GSMA mobile operators: two to four household-name carriers in every country, the most distributed datacenter capacity on earth, last-mile connectivity to every subscriber, and stronger customer verification than most banks. The network is secured by the institutions that already carry the world's connectivity, and owned and governed by them through a legal Swiss Verein.

"The telecoms around the world run the internet. Why shouldn't they also process blocks and, effectively, the settlement layer of digital cash floating around the internet of money?"
— Paul Neuner, Founder and CEO, Telcoin Inc, in American Banker
The Telcoin team at Mobile World Congress Barcelona 2026, the only blockchain network exhibiting among the world's mobile operators.
How validator
Infrastructure works
Apply for Validator Membership
Apply to the Telcoin Association for Validator Membership as a GSMA mobile operator. Membership grants validation rights, governance rights in the Validator Miner Group, and your initial TEL allocation. On approval, you receive 3 million TEL: 1 million for your proof of stake position and 2 million for setup and operating costs.
Deploy validator nodes
Stand up validator nodes in your existing datacenters, staking 1 million TEL per node. Run them yourself with your own engineering teams, or deploy through a managed partner at zero CapEx and zero OpEx. Operators can run multiple nodes across locations, increasing the share of blocks their infrastructure is selected to produce.
Validate and earn
Your nodes produce and verify blocks on Telcoin Network. Active validators rotate through the network's voting committee on a regular cycle, and every block your infrastructure secures earns block rewards and gas fees in TEL. Revenue scales with the blocks you produce, and the network grows with every operator that brings its market and services on chain. More operators means more transaction volume, and more volume for every validator to earn from.
Govern the network
Validation comes with a vote. As a member of the Validator Miner Group, you elect Council Members from among your peers and govern the rules, the economics, and the direction of the network you secure. The operators who run the network own it, through enforceable rights in a legal Swiss Verein.
Start the conversation

Start the conversation
Tell us about your operation and our team will follow up to walk you through Validator Membership, deployment, and the path to mainnet.
This opens a conversation, not a commitment. The fastest way to understand the opportunity is to talk it through with the people building the network.
The window to own it is open now
The financial system is moving on-chain. Mobile operators can own the network it runs on, or watch it built around them by others. The first-mover advantage belongs to the operators who move together, and it belongs to them now.
Coordinate the standard
One blockchain and one Digital Cash standard for every major currency, instead of every operator building its own chain in isolation. Align your market with a single global network the industry shares.
Capitalize on collective scale
Aggregate the transaction volume of every subscriber onto one settlement layer, scale no single operator could reach alone. The more operators that join, the more every one of them earns.
Secure first-mover advantage
The window for the GSMA to collectively own blockchain infrastructure is open, and it is closing. Move before fragmented alternatives emerge, and own the standard rather than rent someone else's.
